2. Description of Service

myscreenverse is a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows businesses to upload content, build playlists, and manage screens remotely from a central dashboard. Features, plans, and supported hardware may change over time as we improve the Service.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Plans, Free Tier, and Billing

• myscreenverse offers a free plan for up to 10 screens, as well as paid plans with additional features and screen limits.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring, month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated, with no long-term contract required.
• You can cancel or change your plan at any time; charges already billed are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice for existing customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, display, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any third party. You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content (images, videos, and other media) you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant myscreenverse a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including third-party logos, trademarks, or licensed media.

7. Hardware and Third-Party Devices

myscreenverse is designed to work with a range of third-party media players and displays. We do not manufacture this hardware and are not responsible for defects, availability, or performance issues caused by third-party devices, though we aim to provide guidance on compatible options.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable and available, including on-device content caching to help screens keep playing through temporary outages. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
